We are seeking a Part-Time Customer Experience Associate. Our ideal candidate is ambitious, resourceful and has a results-oriented mindset with an appreciation for how technology and business needs intersect. You must be willing to roll up your sleeves and are excited about the opportunity to work in a fast-growing startup.
As a part of the Customer Service team, your role as a Part Time Customer Support Associate will be to respond to customer service emails (majority of inquiries) and live-chat conversations. We are a fun and very hard-working team that is looking for someone who has an upbeat and friendly personality that will help us win in customer satisfaction!
There is an opportunity to transition into a full time role.
This position is based at our office in River North.

Flex Hours- At least one day available during peak hours on Monday, Friday, or Sunday. Guaranteed 16 hours with up to 29.5 hours logged each week.
Pay- Hourly, $13.50/hr
